Cody, Nick, and Jeff are all very friendly and helpful! I thought I needed some brake work done but it turned out to be something else that was better luckily. They were very honest about everything, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything. Got me into the shop fast since it was urgent. Excellent communication. Definitely guys I would trust to do future services with. 10/10 would recommend, know you’re in good hands with them! -Alan

(I already reached out and no one has gotten back with me) I took my Range Rover to Big O in Ammon Idaho to buy new tires and and an alignment. I decided to come to Big O due to the tires and wheels being purchased there. I work as a nurse near the store in Ammon. I dropped my car off at 1 during my lunch hour and had a friend take me back to work. The tires were purchased at the Big O on Northgate Mile in Idaho Falls. I received a call from David at 2 stating that the mounting and aligning may take a little while due to the lug nut on the front right broke while they were removing it. I explained that there was no rush because I can't pick it up until after work. He called again at 3 explaining that they were not able to get the lug nut they broke in half off so I will have to take it somewhere else to have someone "use a torch to remove it" he said they are not able to fix it. I explained I didn't exactly understand why and asked if my boyfriend could call him and have it explained to him. He eventually spoke with Jeff the store owner. Jeff told him that he was not responsible for the broken lug nut and is not willing to fix it or help get it fixed. Jeff said some unkind words a

I came in for a tire rotation and balance, and the service was quick, smooth, and professional from start to finish. What I appreciated most was their honesty and knowledge. They confirmed my tires are still in good shape and only recommended that I plan to replace my rear brakes before my next rotation. No pressure, no upselling just straightforward, helpful information. They were also incredibly kind in allowing me to bring my two dogs inside while I waited, which I truly appreciated (especially in the cold). That level of customer care does not go unnoticed. The staff was friendly, efficient, and clearly knows what they’re doing. I will absolutely continue bringing my vehicle here and will be recommending this location to friends and family. If you need tires, a rotation and balance, or general vehicle service, this is a trustworthy place to go. Thank you again!

I had such a great experience with Big O Tires! I’d been trying to order the tires I needed from a few other places with no luck, but Big O made the whole process so easy. They went above and beyond to help me get exactly what I needed, and their communication was incredible, they kept me updated every step of the way and always called to make sure I knew what was going on. When it came time for installation, they were fast, efficient, and so friendly. Truly amazing service from start to finish. Highly recommend!
